My name is Mike Dunk. I’m a dad, husband, teacher, minor hockey coach, and former strength coach. I have a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology, and I used to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
I have trained professional athletes, average Joes and Jills, weekend warriors, kids, people with special needs and everything in between.
My goal with this website is simple. Help 1000 men and women get more fit in less time than they ever thought possible.
And I want to do it for free.
I want to share my knowledge and experience with you to help you get fit and healthy to build your confidence, for your kids, your partner, your pets, whatever it is that might be your “why”.
My “why” with this site is simply to just do something good. Pay some things back and some forward. Who knows, maybe some good karma will be sent my way as a result, too.
